Invite your tenant
With a code, a link or a QR code. Your tenant sees the rent and your IBAN in their own app and uploads the transfer slip from there. There is no charge for tenants.
The record keeps itself
When a slip arrives, Akar reads the amount and the date, records it under the right month, then issues a numbered receipt and sends it to your tenant. If a payment is late, you are the first to know.

A rent record is a matter of trust. We have put these limits in writing so that we never drift from them.
Our privacy promise
What the ledger needs, nothing more.
We ask only for what a rent ledger truly needs, and an ID number is not part of it. Location data is removed from photos as they are uploaded, and the transfer slips we read are not used to train AI models. Details are in the privacy policy.
